Slow, horrible service with no response..

They have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed.. I ordered several items.. After over 2 weeks with no delivery (on a 3-5 day express delivery) I emailed them and just told them to cancel the order. No reply of course and about another week and a half later, the items finally showed up, even though I cancelled the order. Nothing fit so I immediately returned everything the same day. About 2 weeks later they confirmed my items had been received and would refund my card in 5 -7 business days. After 14 days I just disputed the charge with my Amex and got the refund that way. Quiksilver has much better service and response for basically the same stuff.

Scum

I posted a review about 6 weeks ago. It is now 3 months on since I returned 2 dresses and I have had a refund for only 1. They have been replying to my emails slowly, but I have now not had a reply for 3 weeks. Because they have refunded 1 item they think that the issue is now resolved... It is not.
DO. NOT. USE. THEM.
I am so angry. Absolutely DISGUSTING way to treat customers. Scum.

Absolutely abysmal

Absolutely abysmal. Ordered swimwear that arrived three weeks late. Called and emailed, no response. No tracking information. Then only half of my order arrived.

Worst online store ever! Do not buy from them!

I placed an order on 03/30, its 04/15 and they still cant tell me when my order its shipping.
I want to change the delivery address since and its not possible, terrible customer service, do not order from them.

Billabong charges right right away for…

Billabong charges right right away for the item even though it is not sent promptly. When I return the item which was too small even though I went by their sizing guide they received it eight business days ago(12 days). I still have not received my refund and when I called customer service today I was told that in two more days I will receive an email letting me know that they are now processing it. Then after that it will be another 2 to 4 business days before the money is back in my own account. I highly recommend you order from a different company. Billabong is just awful!!!!!

If you value your money just don't bother

Orders returned and delivered chatted 3 times and still no refund... these were gifts that were delivered late after the holiday so we sent ALL back, took over 2 weeks to get there now 2 weeks later still not one cent refunded. Same speech 7-10 days for return processing yada yada yesterday was "business" day 10... my husband is out $379... it's now February... NEVER AGAIN

Ordered 2 pieces of XXL clothing

Ordered 2 pieces of XXL clothing, received the order and the clothing was in fact labeled XXL but was no where near a XXL size. Requested a Return Label and was told the cost is on me to return. Very frustrating that an online vendor/retailer would charge their client the return cost of a product(s) that do not meet an actual standard size. The two pieces would be a large size, maybe just under an XL size. I would not recommend you purchase online with Billabong. If you have the same experience like I have, most likely you will be returning the product and out of pocket $$.

I consulted this site AFTER I placed and order for a wetsuit for my 11-year-old, since I had never ordered from Billabong before. Once I read the reviews, I immediately got worried. Fast forward about two weeks and I felt I should weigh in since my experience was the complete opposite. Not sure what happened at the beginning of COVID but its October now and my daughter's wetsuit came in about 3 days which is excellent. I must have miscalculated the size - or she is growing too fast - and we had to return it since the arms were painfully tight. Billabong received the return in about 5 days and refunded me about 2 or 3 days after that. Customer service was also excellent. Whenever I emailed them, they replied promptly. I will say we had to go with another wetsuit from Amazon ultimately which seems to be working out, but this was because we were in a hurry not because Billabong's quality was not there. I really liked the wetsuit Billabong sent a lot better and I believe Billabongs was higher quality. We just did not have time to wait for the refund then reorder. Overall, 5-star company in my opinion. I will buy from them again for sure!

Bikini bottoms ripping the first time I wore them

Okay, now I am going to write another review and state NOT to buy Billabong products at all. I ordered a bikini and wore it to the beach for the first time and looked down to notice it was ripping at the seam and the elastic was exposed! Cheap product, terrible customer service. I'm dreading dealing with them because I've gone back and forth with so many people trying to get a previous return. I don't trust their customer service process.

Dont buy from the online store

Dont buy from the online store. If you really need the item, buy from amazon or a different store that carries the product. I returned my items a month ago and still have not received my refunds. The customer service is NOT helpful at all, telling me my refund processed even before they received the items. Nothing processed and they are asking ME to contact my bank even though its their error. What a bunch of BS

Slow delivery. Expensive to return as international postage. Non-existent customer service and NO REFUND!

Dishonest website

Very strange stuff going on with this website. The credit card charge was from some rinky-dink warehouse in Long Beach. Anyhow, my shipment took 2 weeks and the sizes are SO off. Sometimes the Medium is too big, other times it’s tiny and doesn’t even fit. So frustrating. I wrote a positive review of a dress with one tiny critique and they did not publish it! A dishonest website/company.
